The need for sufficient and adequate resources are reviewed and provided for all aspects of the Companys business. Personnel independent of those having direct responsibility for the work being performed are assigned to verification activities such as reviews and audits. The number and calibre of personnel engaged in inspection, testing and auditing activities are at a level sufficient to provide confidence in and effectiveness of the management system.
