Project Description:
This Contract included the following:
- Demolition of the existing Galway Racecourse Administration/Changing Building & the construction of a new one storey Administration Building with Offices, Media Room and Jockey Changing/First Aid Facilities.
- The building was constructed with reinforced concrete columns with steel trusses & purlins; cavity blockwork walls; aluminium windows & doors with metal deck roof with single ply roofing membrane.
