Project Description:

The Project included the construction of:

  • 1,286m long, 7.35m wide major internal access roads including a roundabout.
  • 344m long, 6.00m wide minor spur roads.
  • Footpaths and creation of landscaped areas along the major and minor roads.
  • Boundary wall and entrance gates.
  • Laying 709m of 225mm diameter and 326m of 300mm diameter foul sewers.
  • Site preparation works for the proposed onsite wastewater treatment works including provisions for concrete slabs and security fencing.
  • Laying 494m of 300mm diameter, 165m of 375mm diameter and 238m of 450mm diameter storm water pipes.
  • 4,124m3 stormwater attenuation pond.
  • Laying 1,561m of 150mm diameter watermain with connections
  • Laying 801m of 150mm diameter firemain with hydrants.
  • Provision of 3No. 100mm and 1No. 50mm ducts for electrical cables and 12No. 100mm ducts for telecommunications cables.
  • Demolition of existing buildings.
